Shipping Timeframes
We're happy to deliver your order as soon as possible, shipping within 2–3 days via reliable courier companies like FedEx Express or TNT Express. Estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days from the ship date, and shipping rates are listed below by region.
If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email.
Currencies, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of Europe, import duties and taxes may be applicable upon delivery. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are not included in the checkout price. We always recommend clients check with their import/customs department for an estimated cost prior to placing your order.
United States of America
Orders to the United States are charged a flat shipping rate of €30. Orders of €600 and above qualify for complimentary delivery. Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item ordered, its value and destination, and are levied by your local customs authority. These charges vary from State to State and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Europe
Orders shipped to Europe are charged a flat shipping rate of €30. Orders of €600 and above qualify for complimentary delivery. All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means that the price shown at checkout is final — no additional taxes, duties, or customs charges will be applied upon delivery. Import duties and VAT are already included in your checkout price.
Rest of the world
Orders shipped to all other countries are charged a flat shipping rate of €30. Orders of €600 and above qualify for complimentary delivery. Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties and taxes are levied by your local customs authority and are not included in the checkout price. These charges vary by country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We are unable to estimate these costs in advance.
